In their campaign to combat school bullying, the Ministry of Education have pointed out that there's one group of children who are more fortunate than others.
A study has shown that children suffering from illiteracy are far less likely to suffer from abusive text messages.
This raises a moral problem. Should we improve their reading skill and subject them to a life of utter misery or should we ensure they remain blissfully ignorant? And it's no good asking them because words cannot express how they feel.
As for bullying, government advice is for teachers to tackle bullies. And once they're on the ground, kick the living shit out of them.
