The world of snooker has taken another blow today as snooker player Chuck McCue has admitted to receiving significant amounts of money to throw the upcoming General Election.
It had been somewhat of a surprise when Gordon Brown hired the snooker player as his chief campaign strategist, however the incumbent PM has described his snooker mind as "key in the election and key to helping us build a better Britain, one based on all of the best things that the sport of snooker possesses".
McCue soon afterwards likened the immigration issues to the rules of snooker. "If the white hits the black, sometimes it's wrong, and sometimes its right. But most of the time it's ok to hit a red.". He clarified his point afterwards stating that he was not advocating violence against communists.
Most recently McCue convinced Brown that "bigot" was modern slang for a "delightful old lady".
However a British paper has revealed that ol' Chuck has been taking significant payments from the Russian Mafia in order to destroy Gordon Brown's chances of re-election.
McCue admitted the charge, describing his "unquenchable thirst for bribes".
Chuck has resigned from the Labour Party Campaign team this morning.
