The Magna Carta, is probably the greatest document in England's history regarding the protection of the peoples liberty. It restricts the right of monarchy to be unjust against ordinary citizens but also through its declaration of freedom makes it clear that if you are English and you go against the Magna Carta you are a traitor.
If we take this document as a declaration of the people to be free and acknowledge it as law then any person in England who breaks the law should be prosecuted accordingly.
The Magna Carta, has been trampled upon both by politicians and the monarchy because England's Freedom, has been given away by the signing of the Treaty of Rome. They have kept the ordinary people in the dark of what has been done occupying their minds with the MPs expenses scandal, and boring reality TV, as the politicians signed away England's rights. As time goes by more and more decisions will be made in Brussels, as freedom has been given away so those that signed it and went ahead with it are all guilty of treason.
