British Airways staff are said to be back on strike today, after making a virgin sacrifice to the volcanic Goddess Pele.
In return Pele has coated British air space in volcanic ash, grounding almost every flight across Great Britain.
This is not the first time British transport staffs have made sacrifices to gods in order to make a point. Back in January British Rail staff sacrificed a mass amount of livestock in a giant wicker effigy of Eddie the Eagle to the Goddess of Snow Chinoe, Thus coating the entire British Isles and some parts of Europe in thick blankets of snow.
In a press statement released by the gods Pele had this to say "I 'am more then happy to help with these strikes, the sacrifice business is a little bit slow these days. I blame rap music"
