Brian Weekly was banned from boarding his local bus in Paignton because he was carrying a tin of tartan paint.
The bus driver told Brian he could not travel on the bus with a tin of tartan paint because it was against company policy.
Mr Weekly argued its ridiculous the paint is in a sealed tin so I don't see what the problem is I am an old age pensioner and yet they let yobs on the bus eff-ing and blinding.
A spokesperson for the bus company Paignton Buses said we don't allow paint on buses in Paignton, particularly Tartan Paint.
