The BBC is to Ban Beards starting with One Show presenter Adrian Chiles who has recently been seen on the show with his new image the scruffy unshaven look.
It is not clear at present if this ban will only be for BBC presenters or if all BBC programmes including drama, games shows, soaps and even programmes where a bearded person is scheduled to be a guest will be subject to this ban.
Rolf Harris has now joined the debate and is trying to get clarification if he is going to be banned from appearing on the BBC because of his beard.
