A documentary entitled "Where R They Now?" has followed the lives of 10 convicted con-artists released back into the community.
Two went back to prison and eight joined the Global Warming campaign spurned on by their ex-colleagues who have made a fortune out of Global Warming.
Documentary maker Steve Fossett commented, "My Welsh mamma always said to me, don't go down the rabbit hole - follow the money trail. It always leads you to the bad guys masquerading as good guys."
"It was an eye opener, but no surprise to me," said Steve Fossett.
"I mean to say, if you told me a 6 year old kid would be flying around tomorrow in a wind powered helium mushroom, I would not have believed you, but would I be surprised if it happened?"
"Hell no," adding, "... and here we are today that's what's happening, there's a desperate kid flying in a helium filled silver-foil mushroom."
