Mr Willy Flood of Castlemilk in Glasgow has a problem with a leaking roof in his top floor flat. He has complained several times to his local council over the last few weeks but to date no one has been out to fix the problem.
Mr Flood says "I have phoned the council so many times I have lost count. Every time I phone they keep promising to send out someone to repair the roof but no one ever comes.
"I have been going about with wet feet for the last two weeks. When its raining it can take up to three hours to finish a cup of tea."
