It has been announced by Sweden's foreign office, that henceforth the words 'foreign' and 'foreigner' will be outlawed and exchanged to the people and E.U cash grant friendly friendly phrase: 'Immigrant/s that have yet to arrive on our shores'.
When asked about the change, dead-eyed Ophelia Balls of the 'Office Of Immigrants That Have Yet To Arrive On Our Shores' said, (in a statement that strongly reflects most Swedish government policy, especially regarding the opening up of government monopolised markets to non state owned competition) in a slow, halting and vaguely patronising manner:
'That's just the way it is.'
