With most british politicians putting pressure on the costly welfare state in this time of economic crisis, the royal family must have felt that it needed to join forces with the pile on the poor mob. So the Queen demanded that all beneficiaries of government housing submit to truth detectors to test the veracity of their need.
In her life long commitment to fair play the Queen agreed to be the first to submit to the test as England's #1 welfare family leader. Much to the surprise of friend and foe alike, the results came back with the embarassing truth that the Royal lied. Query after query brought an answer from Elizabeth and then a rude beep indicating a lie:
"Your Budget? X pounds-BEEP
Charles' future? Bright-BEEP
Grief for Diana? Deep-BEEP
Love for Camilla? Deep- BEEP
The test turned up more beeps than a censor on the BBC and so the Royal family will vacate the government housing at Buckingham Palace and abide in one or more of the forty other British taxpayer funded resorts and retreats.
