A forthcoming episode of the hit Channel 4 programme, Property Ladder has been withdrawn when one of the featured developers took onboard 'every bit of advice' that Presenter Sarah Beeny gave them.
An unusually 'non pregnant' Beeny said 'I was gob smacked to be honest when the couple - John and Alison Hutchings of Forest Gate, London agreed to all my suggestions, proposals and constructive criticisms. The Hutchings wanted to for example, make their Dining Room with an en-suite but I saw this would seriously devalue the property. John also wanted to convert the hallway into a kitchen and change the upstairs master bedroom into a garage - a logistical nightmare.'
As a result of the couple taking Beenys savvy advice, Beeny only uttered her infamous catchphrase, 'my only concern,' twice. A record
Beeny said 'They were incredible. No. In fact they were remarkable.'
Alison Hutchings said 'I couldn't be bothered arguing with her, especially if she were to be proved correct smiling smugly at the end of the programme telling me how much money we could have made if we had only done it her way.'
Beeny was not available for comment last night as she was celebrating with close friends and family the fact that she has just found out that she is pregnant.
