At an Art Student Degree show yesterday "Bus Ticket" by Jimmy Trucker won all honours available. Esteemed critic, Hersh Klownofski said, "Look at the beautiful use of colours, purple on white. Visionary. This piece really speaks to me. 'Single' it says so much about life in contemporary Britain. Would we all rather be single? Is it saying that actually all of us are single? We may think we have partners but actually we are all single all of the time? Thought provoking, powerful, everything good art should be."
Lucinda Hoofla, concurred, "This is just stunning in its simplicity. 'Pollok' that's just so clever, it's like one gifted artist touching hands with another from the other side of the grave. Marvellous."
The show was a great success with "Bus Ticket" being ran closely by 40 other works all coincidentally entitled, 'Untitled'.
