British Airways has reacted to its seemingly unending problems at its new £4.3billion facility Terminal 5, by publishing an advisory booklet for passengers who may have tried to travel from T5, entitled What To Do If Your Terminal Closes Down.
The booklet, on sale at the airport bookshop from today, gives information on other airports in the area, how to stop restless children from moaning, where to buy replacement luggage, and lists a variety of excuses to give to next door neighbours to prevent them from finding out your flights and/or holidays have been summarily cancelled.
BA boss Willie Walsh said:
"We think it's a must-have for all travellers or non-travellers, as the case might be, and at just £42.99, it represents great value for money for all our loyal customers."
