Up Up and Away!

A helium filled balloon will carry Her Majesty the Queen to a writers' festival to be held this Wednesday near London's financial district, a tabloid newspaper reported today.

According to the publication of note, Spoof Times of London, the spectacle is being orchestrated to celebrate the creativity of writers the world over. Writers from around the globe will attend, some appearing more than once during the five day festival.

Event organiser, Mr Emad Aisat Sana, or Emad QC, is banking on good weather, but Wednesday's weather forecast is calling for rain. It should not be a problem, they say, because the conveyance would provide the Queen excellent cover.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
