London - (AssoCIAted Mess): The Diana inquest heard today that just a few weeks before her death the Princess had a secret meeting with George W Bush in Manhattan, New York which may was videotaped by the CIA.
Giving evidence via videolink from Langley, Virginia a top US spooks' agency official said that Diana had originally been recruited by the KGB.
"The sole purpose was to destablisise NATO and rubbish its military intelligence gathering capabilities after UK Prime Monster Margaret Thatcher agreed to station US cruise missiles at Greenhamj Common in Berkshire," the unidentified Agency commander told the court.
"Those missiles were pointing directly at Moscow, at St Petersburg and at Soviet nuclear submarine bases on near loodyvostock.
"The cold war raging at that time and the Kremlin was utterly paranoid that President Reagan would nuke the living daylights out of major Soviet cities," the source continued.
"Diana underwent a twelve month induction programme after her wedding to help her orient herself with top drawer espionage techniques," the source added.
"Unfortunately she was a wacko with severe bulimia issues and a two gram-a-day heroin habit that exacerbated her flaky persona.
"At her meeting in May 1997 with George W Bush she was pleading - and remember he was her uncle after all - for help to erase CIA dossiers on her espionage cock-ups after being told by UK spooks and anti-terror cops they would only allow treason charges against her to lie on file for a limited period.
"After that she'd be thrown to the wolves."
