London, England (IP) - A divorce magistrate has tossed out the settlement that Heather Mills originally won in her gold digging case against Paul McCartney.
Heather Mills recently won acclaim of her own when she appeared on the television show "So You Think You Can Dance". A lot of time is wasted on the show by folks attempting to look sharp and going through a lot of useless and wasteful motions.
The case has been going on for months with attorneys on both sides of the aisle presenting endless points and counter points.
The magistrate in the case finally sided with Paul this week throwing the original hefty judgement against Paul out on the grounds that Heather's case did not have a leg to stand on.
