London, England, U.K. - Her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has issued an official statement regarding her refusal of a "gift" from Princess Anne of one Welsh Corgi, the royal palace staff announced.
Calling the gift "an outrage", Her Majsty called upon Princess Anne to "cease and desist" in the pursuit of making amends for killing one of the Queen's pet Corgis last Christmas.
"We feel that this must stop." said the Queen "We do not wish to receive any more of these beasts from Princess Anne."
The Corgi, a scrapping little canine named "Fitz", has a reputation for violence towards other dogs. "There is no question as to the low moral character of this particular pooch", a Royal spokesperson said, "He's been in and out of correction facilities for many years."
Princess Anne, apparently offended by the Queen's snub, issued the following statement: "I don't know who she thinks she is... I mean, isn't Fitz good enough for her?"
The dog could not be reached for comment. Apparently, he was last seen in a dark alley with a Chihuahua named "Mistress Juanita".
