A depressed dead GP in a washing machine.

In a report out today, statistics show that Doctors' morale is at it's lowest point since records began in 1554.

Before that, the lowest point had been in 1648 during the civil war when good quality leeches were in short supply. This lead to a rise in alternative medicines which nearly put leech farmers out of business.

Doctors are saying that no-one ever listens to them and that the NHS is not what it was and that nobody loves them.

A Doctor who wishes to remain anonymous said "I feel really depressed. Nobody loves a Doctor. I had to do my own pschoanalysis session the other day. I was in a terrible state. I wouldn't answer my own questions and there was one point that I thought that I might have got violent and abused my self. I had to make myself lay on the couch and talk to myself about the sexual problems I had been having. I ended up having to Section myself under the mental health act. And I'm not the only Doctor who has self abused.

With more and more GPs abusing themselves, the Government have asked the public that if they can give the Doctor a hand then it will be much appreciated.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
