London - (Ass Mess): A senior Court of Appeal judge who probed the police's tube train shooting of hapless Brazilian electrician Jean Charles de Menezes has been charged with indecent exposure on a London train. Lord Justice Prickhard was arrested today after a police photofit campaign identified him from a possible five thousand suspects whose organs were so miniscule they needed to be viewed with an electron microscope.
The Met issued a statement after M'Lord was charged, and praised witnesses who had been put through a 'horrid gruelling ordeal' in the identity parade room where binoculars had been issued to scan for the serial flasher suspect.
Prickhard is charged with two counts of indecent exposure after a covert surveillance campaign by plain clothes women officers who initially nearly blew the whole game away by succumbing to incontrollable fits of laughter after he boldly showed off his risible manhood on the 6.32pm from Cannon Street during a wet and gloomy Friday night last year.
"I've seen better things floating belly-up in the Thames at high tide", said WPC Snoggins.
The senior Law Lord was bailed to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on International Women's Day, March 8th, where he hopes for a sympathetic hearing from a bent JP.
