Royal Mausoleum Visitors to the Royal Mausoleum began hearing a strange noise and feeling strange vibrations in the vicinity of the grave of Queen Victoria, who ushered in the Victorian Age. The Victorian Age was considered a time of virtue, reticence, and simplicity.
Visitors first started noticing the rumbling during the Abdication Crisis of 1936, when Edward the 8th abdicated. The rumbling increased as Princess Margarets' scandals and wild life hit the media.
Upon the divorces of Prince Charles and Andrew, the rumbling could be heard in Ireland.
Now that it has been determined for sure that it IS Queen Victoria spinning in her grave, and since it has become constant since the new millenium, with Prince Harry and other Royals sharing the spotlight, scientists have become studying the motion to see if it could be harnessed as a new energy source!
"As long as the Royal Family continues in the same way, we have no reason to believe that Queen Victoria spinning in her grave will continue for a long time to come" spoke a leading scientist.
