Horror and childish shrieking broke out on the internet today and spread like smallpox round a unvaccinated American town. Someone had posted a picture of a cat and it only received three likes. With pictures of cats normally weighing in with around fourteen thousand likes there was understandable concern.

Joyce Moran who had posted the picture and who was a veteran of over two hundred other cat pictures was clearly upset. She said: "To get so few like is a real blow. I'm somebody who believes that without my cat pictures how would people get through the day? My belief in the British people has been shaken to it's very core."

In our long standing tradition of finding people to comment on a story who have got absolutely no connection with it we contacted EDL crackpot Tommy Robinson. After having to sit through the national anthem nine times he gave us his insight.

"The problem is, and always has been, with the liberal elites and leftie luvvies devaluing and demeaning British values. I'm a serious man and this is a serious problem. As a patriot I would start by looking at the Muslim rape gangs that swarm Yorkshire towns like ants. Stop that then your cat picture likes will increase. It's science and we all know that science was invented by God, who was white and British, so it must be true."

Hopefully the decrease in cat pic likes will be offset with a increase of dog or gerbil pic likes but we doubt it. Things have got to change.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
