Recent coverage of missing children and bad weather has led to readers of the two main National fish and chip wrappers forgetting to rant about immigrants and benefits claimants.

Looking forward to my "fix" of stories about people getting handouts, millions of benefit immigrants and prisons like the Dubai Ramada hotel, I burst into tears when I found only topical news stories."
Gladys Bluerinse-Permand-Set from Essex lamented "This morning there were no "Red Fred to give handouts to travellers" stories, only realistic believable news reports. I for one will not be buying these rags any more."
