A former underwear shop in Harrogate, has been given the go-ahead for a change.
The previous owners, Thongs'n'Stuff, specialized in second-hand lingerie. But the new business will be re-named S&M, and will feature masks and whips on the bottom floor and nipple-piercing higher up.
There will be a special front opening for new customers. Regular customers will still be able to use the back entrance whilst the premises are being re-decorated with fifty shades of grey paint.
A new loyalty scheme will be introduced in conjunction with Tattoos'R'Us.
The old underwear will be auctioned off next week. So customers are advised to get there early if they want to sniff out a bargain.
"This should liven things up," said a local priest, adjusting his robes. "M&S has been here for years, and now we'll be having S&M."
