A study has revealed that men who wear hats make more sensitive, caring lovers.
The study, compiled by Maureen Svetlenska, owner and operator of Just Hats, the world's largest hat supplier, issued her findings last week.
The hat mogul found that in 78% of all long term relationships the man would be a hat wearer. Whilst the study also revealed that a staggering 96% of marriages failed before the male began wearing a hat.
And evidently it matters not what type of hat you choose. From the humble baseball cap to a full on top hat, they all make you a more passionate soul.
The owner of the men only hat stores also found that hats didn't affect women in the same way, so it was of no consequence whether the female party wore one or not.
Svetlenska, who saw a downturn in sales last year with the economic crisis hitting the hat industry hard, also stated that men who wore hats generally had bigger penises.
Suggestions that the study was a mere attempt at selling more hats have been dismissed.
