Following the news that guests paid up to £25,000 to have dinner with David and Samantha Cameron, recent publicity for those who have attended has resulted in a marked drop-off in attendance to the Cameron dinner parties.
Cameron complained today that all the cold Cornish Pasties he had ordered would be going to waste as a group of Cornish businessmen, due to come to No 10, had suddenly found they couldn't manage it.
Now Cameron is having to pay people to have dinner with him and his wife. If you want to endure the ridicule of dining at No 10 you will get £1000. But even this enticement has only got requests from Mr Ali Queda who insisted on bringing his own food.
With the garage at No 10 full of Jerry cans of Petrol the Fire Brigade has condemned the whole of Downing Street as 'A Danger to the Community' and the residents are being housed by the London Squatters Union.
It has been a bad time for the Tories. They fear that the Petrol Tanker drivers will settle and there will be no strike to occupy the media.
