Ms Penny Arcade arrived outside the Law Courts in the Strand today with an army of Lawyers. She looked confident and did not show any signs of emotion as she walked through the imposing court doors.
Lawyers for Ms Arcade claim their client has suffered so greatly that no amount of compensation will ever make up for the pain. If she had known that a simple genital wart removal could have gone so wrong, Ms Arcade would have not bothered and just kept applying the mauve cream. Ms Arcade walked with an elegant gate after two hours in the hands of the NHS she now walks like a cowboy.
Lawyers for the NHS said they would be contesting any claim that they are negligent in the case of Ms Arcade. Some paperwork was misplaced and names mixed up but at no time was Ms Arcade in any danger during the procedure and the surgeon did a nice job.
In reply Lawyers for Ms Arcade said their client was a little shocked when she woke up in recovery and saw she had a 6 inch penis attached to her person. Hospital staff assured Ms Arcade that her concern was normal after a sex change operation. To add insult to injury the genital wart was not removed.
Judge Lady Boyson said she would reserve judgement because when she was a man she too had walked like a cowboy.
