A Englishman in the Thai capital of Bangkok today related the unlikely tale of how he spotted the former Chelsea and England left-back Graham Le Saux waiting at a bus stop in the city as he went to work.
Moys Kenwood, who works as a 'teacher', claims to have seen the effeminate and correctly-spoken left-footer at the bus stop on Rama XI Road at around 6.30am this morning, but says he can't be "absolutely certain" that it was the Jersey-born French ancestric.
Said Kenwood:
"I got off me 515 and there he was, G Le Saux himself, or, at least, some gay bloke who looked incredibly similar to the grinning muppet!"
Graham Le Saux made 90 appearances for Chelsea before being offloaded to Blackburn to 'toughen him up'. This seemed to have worked after he had some 'handbags' with team-mate David Batty. He returned to Chelsea in 1997, and stayed for another 6 years before his effeminacy again got the better of him, and off he went to Southampton, which was as near to England's gay capital, Brighton, as he could get.
"If he wasn't a fag, I'll eat my hat," said Kenwood.
