France's dismal World Cup Campaign took a turn for the worst last night when it emerged there after game dinner was arranged for a Mexican Restaurant. The embarrassing 2-0 defeat last night to Mexico was only the start of a disastrous day for the French National Side.
Raymond Domenech, the longest serving manager in French history, is said to have been fuming with managements decision to have dinner in the popular Cantina-Tequila Restaurant. An employee at the restaurant told Sky News;
'The bus pulled up outside and everyone just looked confused. They looked exactly like they did on the pitch'
With France losing to the ever impressive Mexico, they will now have to pray for a miracle to make it through to the knockout stages.
Reports suggesting the Mexico team headed to the nearby French restaurant Chez Gerard, are yet to be confirmed.
This morning at his hotel Thierry Henry, who has yet to make an appearance at this World Cup was asked about the incident;
'I don't even like Fajitas' the 32 year old striker told us.
