Ted Terry, father of John 'naughty boy' Terry has been charged with possession of a class A drug. Cocaine.
Perhaps this is a fatherly gesture aimed at taking the spotlight off his 'playing away from home' famous son, for a while at least.
It's sad. This can only add to John's troubles. Whatever possessed Ted Terry? How long has this been going on? Was John aware of his father's 'hobby'.
Many eyebrows will be raised. Many questions will be asked. Many tongues will be wagging. Meanwhile John has to get on with his job of playing 'great' football.
I wonder if he'll visit his dad in jail?
