Following the devastating news that David Beckham has been ruled out of a possible 4th world cup appearance there appears to be yet another set back to England's world cup bid.
Colin Short, part time spoof writer, has also ruled himself out of this years trip to South Africa.
In an interview with himself Colin said, "I'm absolutely gutted. I don't know how Fabio is going to take the news. This will be the eighth world cup in a row that I've had to rule myself out of".
