David Beckham stunned journalists at at news conference ahead AC Milan's Champions League match against his former club Manchester United at the San Siro stadium tomorrow.

Beckham, 34 announced that he was more excited about the return leg in Manchester in a couple of weeks announcing that:

"Since I was young, I always dreamed of playing at Old Trafford, and I'm delighted to have the opportunity."

When he was reminded that he had previously played over 150 times at Old Trafford for Man U, the former England captain sat blankly for a minute before replying "Are you sure?" and retracing his career to date: "I thought that I started at Preston, then went to Madrid then to Milan."
