The republic of Ireland's record scorer Robbie Keane is continuing his protest about the standard of refereeing, demanding a replay for the clear handball which cost his team a goal.
"Wigan's goal was as clear a handball as I have ever seen and yet it went unpunished. It is clearly a conspiracy" said Keane, who spoke as sensibly and elequently as he had on Wednesday night. "The only fair course of action would be to replay the game. This was a clear refereeing mistake" said Keane.
Wigan manager Roberto Martinez agreed. Speaking to Sky Sports, he said "I hear what Robbie is saying and he has a point. I am willing for my team to replay the game. We will travel to London. It's only fair"
