Despite being banned from signing any new players over the next two transfer windows, Chelsea aren't particularly worried about this latest sanction.

When questioned further, he told us:
"What we intend to do is get Burnley to sign players for us, then we take them on loan. We benefit because we get the best players in the world, and Burnley benefit because we'll buy a player for them for every one they buy for us. With our money. Buy one get one free. That's what Burnley will be getting. It's a good deal."
