Everton FC has been placed in a dramatically dire situation following further injuries to their senior team.
With the latest series of injuries impacting the squad following last weekend's league fixtures, the Everton manager David Moyes has had to resort to a "nightmare scenario".
The team will see only Phil Neville representing the Premiership club in the FA Cup final against Chelsea.
Neville will attempt to fulfil the requirements of all outfield positions at the same time, and furthermore will play as the Goalkeeper for the match.
David Moyes in announcing the team described his high level of confidence in the player."Phil has more than enough ability to penetrate their defence, whilst still keeping us tight at the back", Moyes explained.
What has come as a disappointment to Neville though was that following his reaction to the team selection, by going on a heavy drinking session, he was stripped of the captaincy for the match by Moyes.
