Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is ready to bankrupt himself to prove his certainty of a Gunners victory in the semi final of the Champions League.
The Frenchman has cashed in his life insurance, emptied his life savings and mortgaged his house twice, and bet it all on Arsenal to progress to the final of the Champions league.
It is a strong message to his team, who can now be certain that should they fail, they will be managed by a homeless Frenchman.
Of course the last team to be managed by a homeless Frenchman was the French national side in 1988 when the owner of the club hired homeless Miguel "Drunk and Crazy" Platini after an administrative error. Miguel took the side on a 6 match winning streak before Michel Platini, the intended original selection took over.
Should Wenger be proven correct however, he may well buy the club with the proceeds.
