London - Planners for the 2112 Olympics are concerned about the increase in inebriated photographers at sporting events. Once known for their professionalism sports photographers are now becoming known as drunken sots, stumbling over spectators, presenting risk to athletes and often falling face-down on sports fields and running tracks.
This trend is a concern for Olympic planners given the British penchant for freely inbibing in spirits of all kinds particularly at sporting events.
Nigel Wiggam, reporter for the Sun explained.
"Well it's the British way isn't it. A drop of bitter never hurt anyone now did it."
"The athletes needn't be too concerned, they are pretty spry and the photographers don't move too fast while they're sleeping it off."
"No need to worry about the horses either. They can fend for themselves."
