The England cricket team will honour its agreement to play the two-Test series in India, but players have said they hope the matches will be over as soon as is humanly possible.
It's thought that this will entail England allowing themselves to be bowled out for 0, in order to give the hosts a chance to wrap up victory inside the first morning.
The first Test will begin, and hopefully end, on Thursday in Chennai, while the second Test is pencilled in for Mohali and is scheduled to start on 19 December. It, too, may finish the same day.
England are worried that there may be a recurrence of the violent terrorist activity that took place in Mumbai recently, and some players have said privately that they are afraid to go back to India.
One frightened player, who wished to remain nameless, said:
"I'm shitting meself, and it's not the curries!"
