At the Olympics today its expected to be a two-horse race between the Algeria stars Nadjim Manseur and Nabil Madi in the 800 metres race.
The two runners were victorious in their first rounds and beat a lot of the expected favorites from Europe and everywhere who couldnt believe how fast the Algerian runners was. Now they will hope to speed to victory in the next race which is the final.
The Algerian government has already promised that who wins the race will win an extra prize when they come back to Algeria. The prize is 10 camels. And one golden camel! Thats worth a lot of money!
In Algeria the camel is called the Ship of the Desert. But the people are also calling those two Algerian runners Ships of the Desert too!
Everyone hopes that the runners will run to victory with the help of Allah.
