Chelsea FC owner Roman Abramovich has decided to make John Terry the manager of his team.
In a startling bare-all interview, Abramovich said, "John is the one who can guide Chelsea to winning all the titles. You may not believe it, but he had struck a deal with Ferguson in Moscow to reveal to him the secrets of being a good manager, in return for crowning Manchester United the winners of the UEFA Champions' League."
John Terry agreed saying, "Yes, yes--I had indeed struck a deal with Sir Alex Ferguson and that was why I missed the penalty, you see. I believe that now Alex knows that we are going to give his team a tough fight for next year's title."
Among all the choices were, surprisingly, all current players of Chelsea: Essien, Drogba, Lampard and Cech.
Asked if he were to make someone else the manager, Abramovich said that it would have to be Michael Essien."He had given Grant many good ideas which had worked out well because of which we have made it to the UEFA Champion's league finals." said Abramovich.
When asked why didn't he opt for managers with experience and not players, his reply was,"I believe that my team of today can make good managers tomorrow. I want them to have experience in managing teams so that by the time they are 40, they'll be equipped with managing, and mark my words, there will be many teams fighting for them."
