The Cubs have finalized a new deal, and their plans to get a new field for 2009 are now in place.
There has been no rumors to get cubs fans upset. no names for the park were given. but sources say there will still be traditional ivy on the wall.
Many fans are upset by the news. One man commented: "This is f***king crazy!"; Another said: "This could be good but Wrigley has a smell no one can take away."; And an old man (who is obviously crazy!) said: "I think Its time to say goodbye it cant stay forever."
So, cubs fans, your hope is over! New cubs field by 2009.
