Where's the brown paper bag?

Family club West Ham United find themselves in an unwelcome spot of bother, with rumours running rife that the club is awash with indiscipline, depression and losing gambling addictions.

Mirroring the familiar fortunes of Ms Spears, the less talented West Ham players are solidifying the theory of how fame, (over)hype and and through the roof wages are suicidal cocktails in the hands of the young and juvenile.

Rumour has it that Anton Ferdinand, whilst visiting a London club walked up to a soft drinks machine. Ant put in a quid and out popped a Pepsi. Eyes lighting up, Anton slapped in another pound, and a can of Dr Pepper came rolling out out. Sensing victory Ant kept chucking in pounds, and out popped yet more cans of soft drink. Eye witnesses claim a lady walked up behind him who asked to use the machine, to which Ant replied: "**** off! Can't you see I'm winning?"

According to the Observer Newspaper; West Ham say that problem gambling within the squad is 'an area of concern' that they hope to 'eradicate.'

Laughably, still going from strength to strength is the club's exclusive endorsement deal with Pinnacle Casino. "Pinnacle Casino reflects the strong values our football club represents," West Ham director Scott Duxbury said back in September.

To finish off the carnival, all is required now is the much heralded return of the prodigal son, the bookies best mate, Appy Arry Redknapp.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
