The criminal investigation into Sepp Blatter has discovered that the Soccer boss is in fact Comedian and Prankster Andy Kaufman, who was thought to have died in 1984.

Many people have over the years pointed out some similarities between Kaufman and Blatter. The fact that Blatter did not come into the public eye until 1986, that his hairline was the same as Kaufman's and that his voice is like that of Latka Gravis the character played by Kaufman in 'Taxi' based on his stand up act Foreign Man.

When Blatter was arrested in Switzerland last week a sample of his DNA was taken. This was then shared with US authorities who were able to confirm that the Blatter was indeed Kaufman.

So far there has been no comment from FIFA or Sepp Blatter however Las Vegas stalwart Tony Clifton did weigh in with a comment.

"People used to say that I was Kaufman. I knew Andy and worked with him. But I stood on a stage with him. I also stood on the stage with Blatter when he came to Vegas in 1994. He isn't Andy. He is shorter and fatter and he stinks. He only cares about money. Andy was a pain and I hated working for him but he always paid me on time, and he always paid me more than I asked."

A follow up question about soccer caued CLifton to lose his temper and leave the interview.

Former 'Taxi' co star Tony Danza commented. "You know Andy he could pull this off. He knew the ins and outs of the fight game, he knew more about what was going than Don King. Look at how he worked over the wresting world. But I don't think he's Blatter."

Longtime Kaufman associate Bob Zmuda declined to commet.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
