And the most important of all questions surrounding this mammoth club.... is it pronounced Louis Van Gaal or Louis Van Haal.
Most journalists, news readers from around the world seem undecided and it seems strange so close to the start of the new season that both pronunciations are still being used.
A spokesperson for the Premier League said "we are dismayed that the journalists and newsreaders have not decided on how to pronounce this as yet, we were relying on them informing our referee's and the commentators on how to pronounce it." A spokesperson for the FA siad "this is just not on, I mean what are we going to have to do next ask him how its pronounced?!"
