WASHINGTON, D.C. - President Obama called up Vice-President Biden and told him that the burgers were on him.
The Vice-President replied, "You won big on the Wichita State Vs. Kentucky March Madness game didn't you Barry."
The president replied, "Does Madonna have cellulite on her thighs? Is The Gulf of Mexico wet? and Does Miley Cyrus twerk like there's no tomorrow? - you're darn right I won Joey."
Vice-President Biden asked him how much he'd won.
The president answered $2,000.
President Obama then told the vice-president that he would call up the chauffeur and get him to bring the Limo around so they could drive down to the local Burger Bandit.
Biden replied that he would get his pants on and meet him in the Oval Office.
"Fantabulous Joey. Oh and one more thing - don't mention a word about the $2,000 to either Jill or Michelle."
"What $2,000 Mr. President?"
"Love ya Joey."
"Ditto, Mr. President."
