CHICAGO - Coach Gregg Popovich told his San Antonio Spurs the same thing he always does before each game, "Okay go out there and show everyone that unlike a lot of NBA players, you guys earn your money."

Teammate Tony Parker (#9) who tossed in 20 points said after the game that he hardly worked up a sweat. He then smiled and said that Coach Pop was so happy at half time that he let him eat two dogs and drink it down with a Diet Dr. Pepper.
Kawhi Leonard (#2) whose job is to guard the other team's best player did not talk during halftime. Leonard is not one to say much. Once when he sneezed during a team huddle he did offer up an "Excuse me y'all."
