NEW YORK CITY - Well at least no one can say that the weather was a factor in the outcome of Super Bowl XLVIII, which the Seattle Seahawks won 43-8.
But as many sports writers wrote the only factor in the Seattle Seahawks blowout victory over the Denver Broncos was the fact that apparently the Broncos team bus got lost in traffic and failed to show up for the game.
Rufus Reno with Sports Balls Illustrated Daily wrote that if someone had bet on the Broncos and taken the Rocky Mountain boys plus 34 points they would still have lost...AMAZING!
Peyton Manning and the Broncos team played the game as if it was merely a preseason game.
Even the Denver cheerleaders were out cheered by the Seattle cheerleaders.
SIDENOTE: The Denver Broncos could have certainly borrowed the Seahawks slogan of the 12th man, although the sloppy way the ponies played it would not have helped to have had a 13th, 14th, 15th, or even 16th man.
