A top football expert was last night revelling in the aftermath of a heroic performance by Manchester United at Chelsea.
"How blooming hilarious was that," laughed EIF News & Features sports editor Thelonious Adidas.
He was referring to the fact that United managed to leave Stamford Bridge with a point after finding themselves 3-0 down early in the second half.
"I mean... these are top players. Well they're supposed to be top players, but Chelsea couldn't even hang on to a 3-0 lead. I'm still laughing.
"I don't care how good and how driven Manchester United are, it should be a simple matter to sit on a lead like that at home. Just make sure you pass to another blue shirt.
"What's really gut-bustingly uproarious about this is that every time someone looks like making life tough for United, everyone else puts their shoulders to the wheel to help them pull it round. I mean - giving them two penalties, then the poor lad Torres missing another opportunity to seal the win...
"Well done Chelsea. Ha ha hah...!"
