John Terry will be allowed to lead his country at Euro 2012 after his race-row court case was adjourned until July 9.
In a statement, Judge Rupert Nonce said: "We haven't got time for the trial at the moment. The lads at Chelsea have some difficult games coming up and I've got a monkey riding on them winning the FA Cup. JT will then captain England in the European Championships in June, so we have taken advice from the FA and have decided to delay finding him guilty of racial abuse until he announces his International retirement in July."
John Terry has expressed his personal regret at being bought to justice.
"I can't believe it! I had a week in Benidorm booked for the 9th of July. This is a sick conspiracy", said the England captain.
Many fans are claiming that they will not be supporting England while John Terry remains skipper and have signed an online petition at sackjohnterry.web.
"We got 10,000 signatures on the first day", said the website manager Mr Wayne Bridge.
Scores of normally patriotic supporters have claimed they would prefer to see a "kraut poof" lift the trophy than a racist like John Terry and one angry QPR supporter has tweeted : "I would rather go down on Clare Balding than support England if that fucking pikey is still captain."
