Sunday's "massive" football fixtures provided no end of fun for fans watching on TV according to a local expert.
Sky viewers were able to enjoy Spurs' demolition of Liverpool 4-0, before the football feast was continued as Manchester United beat Chelsea 3-1.
EIF News & Features Sports Editor, Thelonious Adidas, reckoned both games provided plenty of hilarity for the fans.
"Oh come on," he said between guffaws. "The White Hart Lane game was pure farce, surely. Liverpool hardly bothered to turn up and then went about getting themselves reduced to nine men with two sendings off.
"Well it had me rolling about anyway."
The following game, at Old Trafford, on the other hand, was more of the slapstick variety.
"Oh yes - Laurel and Hardy would have been pleased with that. Wayne Rooney's penalty miss - bless him, he slipped - and open goals missed by Torres and Berbatov. Honestly tears were rolling down my cheeks."
