An extremely unusual fish was caught in a net by Chinese Fishermen at the weekend.
This fish has hands that can 'grip' and tiny feet which allow it to actually walk as well as a huge gaping mouth.
At first it was thought that this strange 'fish' had lived at the bottom of the ocean for many years, resulting it in not being discovered until now, when polluted waters are thought to have forced it to the surface.
Another possibility, being looked into, is that this is strange 'fish-like' creature is the result of many years of research by scientists trying to produce 'artificial' life.
'Cynthia' is their synthetic 'baby' which is in the news at present, however it is believed that this gross looking 'fish' was, in fact, scientist's very first 'success', but scientists were so ashamed that they shipped 'him' off to a tiny island. It is believed he probably escaped by swimming to shore.
The Scientific World is abuzz and the 'fish' has been taken away for further investigation.
So far there has been 'no comment' from the fish therefore it's nationality cannot, yet, be determined.
